At Explore Route Holidays, we understand that travel planning can be uncertain at times. To ensure peace of mind, we offer flexibility in case of unexpected global situations such as pandemics or conflicts.

If your plans are affected due to government restrictions or emergencies, you may choose to reschedule your trip or request a partial refund, depending on the situation.

Tour Booking & Payment Guidelines

To confirm your travel arrangements, an advance payment is required. This helps us secure all essential services for your trip.

Services covered under advance payment include:

• Hotel accommodations
• Flight and train reservations
• Permits and activities
• Transportation and logistics

Certain services may require higher deposits:

• Flights and premium hotels
• Resorts and wildlife lodges
• Peak season bookings (Christmas & New Year)

Payment Methods

Payments can be made via bank transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS) or UPI. Official payment details will be shared through invoice.

Important Payment Advisory:

• Transfer funds only to official accounts
• Verify details before making payments
• We are not responsible for unauthorized transactions

Booking Payment Structure

• 50% advance for booking confirmation
• 30% payment 18 days before travel
• Remaining 20% on arrival

Alternative early booking option:

• 30% initial payment (if booking 60+ days in advance)
• 50% must be completed 40 days before travel
• Remaining as per standard policy

Delayed payments without prior notice may result in cancellation.

Booking Confirmation

• Confirmation voucher shared within 18 hours
• Final documents issued after full payment
• 80% payment required before 24 days of departure

Cancellation & Refund Policy

All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email or WhatsApp.

• 35+ days before travel – 15% charges
• 34–16 days – 30% charges
• 15–8 days – 50% charges
• 7–4 days – 75% charges
• 3 days or less – No refund

Additional deductions may apply for:

• Flights and train tickets
• Hotel bookings
• Government taxes and permits

Bookings between 20th Dec and 5th Jan are non-refundable.

Amendments & Modifications

• Changes depend on availability
• INR 2,000 per person modification fee
• Additional costs borne by client

General Terms & Conditions

Key policies include:

• Hotels subject to availability
• Itinerary may change due to weather/road conditions
• No refund for unused services
• Wildlife safaris are non-refundable
• ID proof mandatory during travel
• Travel insurance is recommended
• Guests responsible for luggage safety
