Itinerary

Day 1 : Arrival Chandigarh Drive to Shimla

Arrival at Chandigarh Airport / Railway Station where our driver will meet and assist you for your onward journey to Shimla (approx. 4 hrs) via Solan and Barog.
Enjoy a comfortable drive with scenic views along with lunch and refreshment breaks enroute.
Reach Shimla and check-in at the hotel followed by some relaxation time.
In the evening, explore Mall Road, The Ridge, Christ Church, Gaiety Theatre, Lakkar Bazaar and Tibetan Market.
Optional: Pickup from Delhi or Volvo transfers can be arranged on request.

Day 2 : Shimla to Sangla Valley

After breakfast, check-out and begin your scenic drive to Sangla Valley (220 kms / approx. 8–9 hrs).
Drive through Fagu, Theog, Matiana, Narkanda and Rampur surrounded by apple orchards and mountain landscapes.
Enjoy lunch enroute and continue your journey along the Sutlej River towards Kinnaur.
Arrive Sangla by evening and check-in at hotel overlooking Baspa River and snow-capped peaks.
Evening free for leisure walk or nature walk along Baspa River.
Optional: Stay can be arranged in Rakcham village depending on preference.

Day 3 : Sangla to Kalpa via Chitkul

After breakfast, visit Chitkul (last Indian village near Indo-Tibetan border) and explore its scenic beauty.

Enroute return, visit Rakcham village and optionally explore Kamru Fort and temple.
Continue drive to Kalpa via Reckong Peo and explore local markets.
Arrive Kalpa and check-in at hotel with breathtaking views of Kinner Kailash ranges.
Evening free to walk around Kalpa village and enjoy peaceful surroundings.

Day 4 : Kalpa to Tabo via Nako

After breakfast, check-out and visit Roghi viewpoint before continuing towards Spiti Valley.
Stop at Khab Sangam – the confluence of Sutlej and Spiti Rivers.
Visit Nako village, explore Nako Lake and enjoy lunch amidst scenic surroundings.
Enter Spiti Valley at Sumdo checkpost and experience dramatic landscape changes.
Visit Gue village to see the famous 500-year-old naturally preserved mummy.
Arrive Tabo and check-in at hotel; evening free to explore caves and monastery surroundings.

Day 5 : Tabo to Kaza via Dhankar & Pin Valley

After breakfast, visit the ancient Tabo Monastery (founded in 996 A.D.).
Continue to Dhankar Village and Monastery offering dramatic views of Spiti Valley.
Optional hike to Dhankar Lake for adventurous travelers.
Visit Pin Valley and Kungri Monastery, known for its wildlife and scenic beauty.
Depending on road conditions, visit Mudh village before proceeding to Kaza.
Arrive Kaza and explore local market in the evening.

Day 6 : Kaza Sightseeing

After breakfast, proceed for full day excursion to high altitude villages around Kaza.
Visit Hikkim (world’s highest post office) and Komic (highest motorable village).

Visit Key Monastery, the largest monastery in Spiti Valley.
Explore Kibber village and Chicham Bridge with breathtaking valley views.
Return to Kaza by evening for leisure time.

Day 7 : Kaza to Chandrataal via Kunzum Pass

After breakfast, check-out and drive to Chandrataal Lake (100 kms / approx. 5 hrs).

Arrive at Chandrataal and check-in at fixed tented camps.
Walk to the beautiful Chandrataal Lake and enjoy its surreal natural beauty.

Day 8 : Chandrataal to Manali via Atal Tunnel
